Anger, a Devil. I term it as Devil because when it is in, it makes you lose your identity. It has adverse effects physically and mentally. Physically it is correlated to increase in Blood Pressure. Mentally it is correlated to Sick of Mind. And in the other way it worsens a good relationship, whatever it may be.
This is one reason which is making me Out Off… Wat I am, these days. By the way, why am I getting irritated…!!.. Are the reasons so strong that I can let Anger into me. Why am I spoiling the environment around and Why am I losing myself. This is what I have to focus.
Yes, the situation/reasons do not demand Anger…Then Why should I let it, get in…???..Situation can be handled a better way than what I am doing…demanding I have to Change. Yeah…I will do it..I can do it….making myself better. And I’m happy that I could make out my faults in order to improve myself. Gr8.
Now, it’s not only about Anger. It can be applied anywhere. Anger/Igo/Confidence/Love whatever the recipe is, all gets in when you allow it to Get In. Some has to be carried forward which has a good cause and makes us Happy while the others must not. So we are responsible for our actions. Let’s know what to Get In and What to not…and act accordingly so that we are What we are!!!!
